The Challenge
XCharge North America is a publicly listed manufacturer of EV charging and energy storage solutions focused on the North American market. Before working with Enrichflow, their sales team relied entirely on manual prospecting: LinkedIn outreach, industry conferences, purchased lists, and news articles. There was no automation behind any of it. Each rep was individually researching leads and crafting messages, which limited scale and made it impossible to systematically test different approaches across their niche market of property owners looking to optimize revenue on their land through EV infrastructure.
Our Strategy
We built a custom AI agent specifically for XCharge's market. The agent targeted property owners who could benefit from EV charging installations, leading with the 30C tax incentive angle, a highly specific value proposition that resonated immediately with their ideal buyers. We continuously optimized the messaging based on market feedback, iterating on what language worked, testing different data sources, and incorporating insights from XCharge's own sales calls and transcripts. As Alex put it: "Whatever data you can bring to the table, whatever key customer insights you can have, all of those inputs can help to be directly translated into the messaging that is used."
The Results
In just 2.5 months, we sent 34.2K targeted emails with a 4.84% reply rate, generating 233 opportunities. XCharge saw a measurable uptick in SDR-booked meetings, increased inbound website traffic tied directly back to the outbound campaigns, and stronger brand awareness in their target market. The quality of leads improved over time as the AI agent learned from market feedback, and qualified leads were also being routed to XCharge's reseller and distributor partners, extending the value across their entire channel.
