Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using enrichflow's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
enrichflow provides B2B outbound lead generation services including prospect research, email copywriting, campaign execution, and pipeline management. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, ideal customer profile, and product or service offerings. Clients must also ensure they have the legal right to engage in outbound email campaigns for their business.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on the enrichflow website are the property of enrichflow. Campaign materials created for clients become the client's property upon payment.
Limitation of Liability
enrichflow provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a minimum number of meetings, leads, or revenue. Results vary based on market conditions, product fit, and other factors.
